Oklahoma City, OK, November 6, 2020 – Scooter’s Coffee, best known for its convenient drive-thru specialty coffee and baked-from-scratch pastries, added a new coffeehouse and drive-thru location at 12300 North May Avenue in Oklahoma City. To celebrate, the location will be hosting a Grand Opening on Friday, November 20. On this day, customers who pay or scan for loyalty on the Scooter’s Coffee mobile app will earn 50 bonus smiles!

With the app, customers earn 3 “Smiles” for every dollar spent, and once they reach 180 Smiles, they earn a free drink. All customers start in the Scooter Doodle status level, with perks that include a free drink on their birthday and surprise rewards, exclusive to the mobile app only. After earning 500 Smiles, customers move into the Caramelicious^® status level with additional perks.

As we enter the season of giving, Scooter’s Coffee is joining forces with Wounded Warriors Family Support (WWFS) to raise funds for families of veterans wounded, injured, or killed in action.

From November 4-13th, customers will have the opportunity to add $1 to their order, with all proceeds raised going directly to Wounded Warriors Family Support and Dunham House. The promotion is part of a long-standing partnership with Wounded Warriors Family Support, and in 2019, Scooter’s raised $22,566.92 in total donations. In the winter months leading up to the holiday season, one of our favorite things to do is to load up the car, roll through Scooter’s for everyone’s favorite hot drinks, and drive around looking at holiday lights.

Since everything is a little different this year, we thought it would be fun to do something similar for Halloween too! Enter the Scooter’s Spooky Halloween Scavenger Hunt. This weekend or next, load up your family in the car, or take a walk around your neighborhood and see if you can spot all of the items on our list! Some of them will be easy (you can’t take a step without tripping over a pumpkin this time of year), and others a little more difficult, but that’s the fun of it!
