How do I pause my subscription and start it again later?
- Follow these steps to pause your subscription or check out the video at the bottom of this page.
- Log into your account (click Sign In from the top menu bar)
- After logging in, click the ^ located next to your name, and then click My Account
- Click My Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you wish to cancel and click View
- Click Pause to pause your subscription

Where can I see my subscription information?
- If you've created an account with us, you're able to view subscription details by signing in, clicking the top right "Welcome (Your Name)", then click "My Account", and finally "My Subsciptions".
Can I cancel my subscription?
- We’re sorry to see you go, but if you need to cancel, please follow these steps or check out the video at the bottom of this page:
- Log into your account (click Sign In from the top menu bar)
- After logging in, click the ^ located next to your name, and then click My Account
- Click My Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you wish to cancel and click View
- Click Cancel to cancel your subscription
- Subscriptions must be canceled five (5) business days in advance of shipping date. Customers which cancel inside of this period will not receive a full refund and may be subject to restocking fees. For additional assistance, please contact us at [email protected].
I need to update my subscription, what do I do?
- If you need to add or subtract items, please follow the steps above to cancel your current subscription, and then simply make a new one. Quick and easy.
